The educational model we all grew up with was not designed to serve the challenges of 21st century American life. We have reimagined learning to last an entire lifetime and to develop experiences for learners of all ages to ask and answer the questions that will drive the innovation and entrepreneurship our communities need to thrive in the decades ahead.
If you need to build technical skills, we have "Lunch and Learn" events. We also have the network to provide introductions for internships, residencies, and eventually job opportunities.Â
If it is soft skills you are needing, come volunteer on community projects with us so we can mentor and coach you toward your personal growth goals.Â

Prioritize the User
Our employees and learners are experienced problem solvers. They are trained to use the Human Centered Design process to gain deep understanding of the clients needs before proposing a system, service, program, or product solution. It isn't the recipe to our success, but it certainly provides the path to better understanding that leads to stronger outcomes.
